Senator Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered. Objections were heard and Senator Ward was required to vote. Without objection, it was so ordered and the bill was signed by the President and Secretary and returned to the House.
